REGISTRATION FEE
The conference registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, tutorials, a copy of the Conference Proceedings, coffee break refreshments, welcome reception, lunches, and Banquet. 

IMPORTANT NOTES
- The registration deadline for authors with accepted paper(s) is August 12, 2011. This deadline applies to all authors who are covering one or more paper with their registration. In the case of multiple authors, the presenting author must register by this deadline. Failure to do so might result in the paper(s) not appearing in the proceedings. (note: the international bank transfer payment requires about 10 days to be booked on the conference account).
- Each registration can only cover for one paper.
- Non-Author / Co-Author registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, tutorials, proceedings, coffee break refreshments, lunches, one Welcome Reception ticket, one person Banquet ticket.
- An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the final camera-ready version is accompanied by the registration and payment information for at least one of the authors (only regular registration will be allowed for this purpose).

RESIDENTS OF VIETNAM (ONLY): Due to different rules of payment, all residents of Vietnam registering for the conference must contact the organizing team (Email : kse2011@mails.hanu.edu.vn, Mobile : 0982.626.900) for additional payment information (Non-author participants: Click here).

OFFICIAL RECEIPT
Official Receipt of KSE 2011 will be handed to you at the reception desk during KSE 2011 in October 2011, or mailed to you after the conference.

CANCELLATION
Author registration cannot be cancelled. In other cases, cancellation before October 10, 2011 will be refunded by subtracting processing fees. No refund will be honored after October 10, 2011.
